After writing my car off completely I called Outsurance to insure my new vehicle. They initially quoted me R250 more than my previous premium but then Sibongile went out of her way to get my rate reduced to a mere R100 more than my previous quotation with a courtesy car and a smaller exxcess...
I dont know why anyone would want to be insured by anyone else!
