I had 2 policies with nedlife that later I requested both of them to be cancelled as I cannot afford to pay anymore, 03/06/2012 a debit order of R200 went off my account, when I called client services I spoke to Ilene, who seemed to be so confused and dont know what to do, all I wanted is both policies to be cancelled and reversal on an amount of R200 that has been debited.
can someone help me on which language do I need to speak to Nedbank, I hate this bank they are so pathetic, messing up with people's accounts.
