Seven Months to Repair my Paving

I had a claim for a burst water pipe under the paving. The paving was lifted to repair the water pipe which was done timeously. Then the problems begun. ABSA appointed an assesor and they approved the repair to be carried out by one of ABSA's contractors. The contractor sent out unqualified staff to repair my paving which I complained to the contractor about in December 2012. I complained to ABSA Action Line and Koketso contacted me, she wanted a quote to repair the shoddy work carried out by their contractor. A quote was submitted. Koketso then kept on giving me the run around that the claim can only be approved by management who seem to be in meetings for the last month. I tried to speak to the team leader who keeps on putting down the phone while I am explaining the problem to him. I am now told that they are going to appoint another assessor. This run around is causing me untold grieve as each time that they want to assess the damage I need to take unnecessary time off from work.
