INCORRECT BILLING

I have been billed the incorrect amount on my mfc account, I last spoke to Christina at MFC call centre and I told her to cancel the cover of 134.94 and leave my instalment of 3578.05, which is what I can afford for now, but when my debit order went through on the 25th may, I was debited an amount of 3712.99

I am not happy at all as I did not have enough funds and I have other debit orders that needs to go through
