Breach of contract -Incorrect debit order date

How dare you debit my account without my consent before my debit order date? As per my contract date with Nedbank is the 25th of the month. This is totally illegal and breach of contract. On the 21st my account was debited instead of the 25th.

On the 21st after picking my 3 year old son and 6 year daughter and her friend from school what was supposed to be a day of fun end up a nightmare. I 1st stopped and filled the petrol then swapped my card which said overextend your daily limit which I haven't used the card for the day I then was told by the manager that the Petrol attendant had to accompany me to get the money, Who I took to the bank and home to borrow the funds.

How dare you embarrass me and my kids.

On Monday I will go to the omboudsman regarding this issue which had been taking place of incorrect debit order from the 2 May.
