I purchased a Blackberry Z10 through FNB, on 5 April 2013 the phone was delivered to me and was faulty as it did not pick up the mobile network, the next week I made arrangements for the phone to be sent back. It has been almost a month and I did not get any feedback or a phone back. A lady Mpho contacted me from my last Hello Peter report to make arrangements to collect the phone, and when I called FNB this week they said they do not deal with Mpho's company anymore and they will have to investigate. All this is a huge inconvenience to me as the Z10 takes a microsim and I had to do a sim swop and now because I do not have a Z10 I cannot use the sim in any other phone and my Number has been out of reach for almost a month. FNB should change their slogan from "How Can We Help You" to "How Can We Inconvenience Your Life"
