Faulty Sumsang S4 / MTN Incompetent Staff

I had an upgrade on Sunday 2 Jun, i was told for a sim swop it takes 2-24 hrs i only got the phone receiving voicemails on Wednesady, Yes the phone was forever without signal, only when you push the bottun to get the screen on. Anyway i took the phone in, it was inspected and they realised it is faulty, but they refused to give me a new phone even though their clause states new phone before 1 week.

Mpho who assisted me could not make a decision to get me a new phone and has to seek approval from her Supervisor Beni, and Beni cannot make a decision another person has to make the call. After they contacted that person he too cannot make a decision and i am told i will only receive a new phone after the 20th which is my billing date as it will complicate their billing system.

Does MTN have an idea how frustrating this is... I run a business with my phone and they expect me to be without a phone until they have billed me. MTN, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BILL ME FOR? i hope not for the Voice machine Samsang S4 you call a phone as i will contest it. Can MTN get somebody that is able to make a decision to call me. Well i have made my decision either i get my phone now or cancel my contract
