I have paid this credit card last year, today i was surprised when speaking to my bank that i owe standard bank R1900 this is IMPOSSIBLE, because the last time i called standard bank the person i spoke to said all i need to do is deposit the amount she said i should pay and that account will be closed and settled, i want this sorted today, and a letter sent to me of my proof of payment, this is totally unacceptable.
