No feedback on claim

I registered a claim on 9/4/2013 regarding a vehicle that went through boundary wall. No feedback. On Monday 15/4/2013, I followed up and then they send out someone to look at problem. Since then no further feedback. Followed up this morning again and the agent working with my claim is on leave. Big hole in boundary wall and security risk.
