Hi

I need urgent assistance on my claim 2480805 logged on 13Nov13, My boundary wall had structural damage and was a critical concern. Phillip Matea, assessed the wall on 22Nov13. I have since not received any communication from Absa and the wall collapsed during the Dec13 holidays.

There is now a massive 14m hole in the wall with a blatant view of my neighbours backyard and pool. It is now a serious security risk for me and my children and nobody from the Absa team has responded to finalise the claim and repairs, let alone feedback. My recent attempts have lead to sending emails to Natasha Chetty and holding on for 20min periods at the call centre no. with no assistance.

I have no means to resolve this other than this Hellopeter post and then to consider approaching the Insurance Ombudsman about this unprofessional and appalling service. My family is at risk and the Absa team don't seem to have their processes focused around supporting and retaining good customers.
