We have submitted a claim to Absa insurance last year beginning of November and have had such bad feedback from Absa regarding the claim. We are sitting without a yard wall and our dogs have gone missing due to the wall that collapsed. The service is really pathetic and you hold on for an hour to get through to a consultant and then they just take a message.
