The hail storm hit, property got damaged..after begging outsurance to assist they told us to do repairs as they didn't have anyone to help us. We had no perimeter wall. we had to make repairs (claim1). We then had people break a piece of our other wall down, come into the property and sell things in the garden. still outsurance, is unable to give is security and wouldn't pay for it either. So we have to put two separate claims in one for property (clothes) and on for the wall (damages) 2 X Excess (claim 2&3) for one incident. Saturday morning we woke up to find no boundary wall between us and the neighbors. we had a security guard patrolling the outside of the property and he said that it was the wind (claim4). now we have to claim again. outsurance want to cancel our policy due to the fact that nature disasters have occurred and i have claimed due to them. Seriously! you want to cancel the policy ..after you have been completely useless in assisting in anyway. from the original claim in Nov, i still haven't had someone to sort out my pool. the electrical company came through this week. no painters or repairs have come through... but you are full of threats to cancel.!! ridiculous
