My needs were prioritized

I bought a new car last month, whilst at the dealership I needed insurance but couldn't get a satisfactory quote. I then contacted Alexander Forbes where I had gotten a quote from a Sabelo Soko last year. Sabelo offered to call me back and indeed did so in a couple of minutes, he took down my information and that of the new car and said he'll get back to me with a premium. He called back after 5 minutes or so and gave me the quote on my new vehicle, I was blown away by the affordability. He took his time and explained how much I'd pay if I moved my entire portfolio. I was really wowed because what he offered me made more financial sense so I moved my entire portfolio to Alexander Forbes. Being busy with meetings and the likes for my company I completely forgot to cancel my policy with my other insurer and I was double debited. I contacted the other isurer but I was sent from pillar post, I then contacted Sabelo to fid out if there was a workable solution. Needless to say that he gave me the best advice yet again. Even though I'm still waiting for the repayment, I laud the way this incedent was handled and looking forward to dealing with Alexander Forbes.
