First National Bank
Account not closed

I went into the Woodbridge Branch on the 23rd of March to close my bank account, and the person in enquiries assured me that the account is closed.
I honestly think I am having real bad luck, because my nedbank account was also not closed after I asked for it to be closed.

Now I am sitting with a credit of I dont know how many

i just want this account closed.
