Just as all the hundreds of other complaints against you, This morning my account was Debited, you have deducted R350 from my bank account!!
I haven't even made use of ANY of your services or took out any loan in which you assisted me!!!
Provide me with the contract where I have given autherisation for you to do this (email this to me).
If I do not receive this contract where I have given autherisation for you to deduct money from my account by the end of business today, I will contact the FSB, Credit Ombud and my bank to lodge a complaint against Loan Finder SA.
I will also instruct my bank that it was an illegal deduction from my bank account and open a case of at the SAPS.
I will then start proceedings to sue you for the R350 in the Small Claims Court.
Email me the contract wherein I gave autherisation for the R350 deduction by the end of today or I WILL PROCEED with the above actions.
ALSO - CLOSE MY "ACCOUNT" WITH LOAN FINDERS SA
