Please refund debit order.
I paid of my loan early via EFT payment on the 26th of February 2013 for a amount of R3100.00. I then emailed the proof of payment for early settlement to [Email Removed] But then on the 28th of February 2013 Wonga deducted a debit order from my FNB account aswel for the amount of
R3099.00. I have already sent 5 e-mails between the 26th Feb2013 - 8th March2013 and to date have not received any response from them. I explained in my e-mails to them that I urgently need them to refund the over payment as I have other financial commitement I have to meet.
PLEASE HELP!
