88 days and counting to repair hail damaged car??

I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter that my car had been at the panelbeaters for 77 days and was not repaired yet. It is now 88 days and still I do not have my car back despite being promised it - first on Friday 17th and then on Friday 22nd February.
