My car went into Alberante Panelbeaters on 22 Jan uary 2013. on 4 February 2013, a new roof was ordered as the current roof could nto be repaired. the new roof was due to be delivered on 28 February 2013. on 27 February 2013, Alberante informed me that the new roof was in fact damaged and this required a further delay of 4 to 5 weeks.
i called Carissa on the 27th, and 28th, she asks me to hold on and leaves me holding for so long that i am sure this is a way of not dealing with my complaint.
My insurance covered me with a hire car for 30 days which i have duly used up.
For 3 days over a weekend - i paid R1395.00 for a hire car. I am now relying on lifts to work and back.
This is clearly not my fault, I am being inconvenienced by BMW inadequate services.
