I feel like the last woman

I was involved in a vehicle accident and my car was declared "undriveable" by the assessor. When I first joined First for Women I had 30 days' car hire. I have however discovered that somewhere along the line this was reduced to 15 days. I am now on day 14 since my car was damaged. It took a week for First for Women to send my car to a panel beater and now a week later I discover that no progress has been made in the repair. I have 3 days left of car hire and have been told that I cannot be given a date as to when the car will be repaired. I have been told it can take 10 working days or 15 working days or even longer. In the meantime, I am a single mom with a car. I am appalled at the level of service. I received no notification over the last 5 days as to what is happening with my vehicle and have had to follow up myself.
