First National Bank
BAD SERVICE!!!

I visited the FNB branch on the 23/01/2013. I needed to upgrade my saving account to a cheque account and link my savings account. I was informed by the consultant that i would receive my cheque card within five days and i would be notified when my card is ready. At this point my accounts have not been linked and i have not received feedback. I am VERY unhappy with the service rendered! i would appreciate a prompt response.
