Waiting on a reply

I first dealt with African Bank nearly a decade ago and saying it was a bad experience is putting it mildly. However I am not going to get into that right now.
This time all I want is a response to an email I sent to [Email Removed] two days ago. I have received no acknowledgement of this email, much less a reply to it.
Why can you people (African Bank) not just try to be cooperative?
