Cheque card not working for 3.5 months

My cheque card stopped working at paypoint towards the end of May 2013. I was informed to order a new card as the chip is probably faulty. Ordered a new card but still no luck. All my accounts have been linked, de-linked, re-linked I don't know how many times. Lodged a complaint on the website on the 29 July 2013 after spending 1 hour with a consultant on the 27 July 2013 in the Centurion branch. Josehp Fallie responded to the complaint and according to him my account and card was not linked. Was instructed to contact general enquiries to rectify this. Spoke to Beraldine and she informed me that my account and card was linked, Josehp had it wrong. Continued with the de-linking, re-linking exercise again. NO LUCK SURPRISE!!! She then said she will take it up with IT and Josehp Fallie. 3 complaints later and still no response and cheque card still not working. Seriously looking at moving to ABSA as an alternative!!!
