Once again its that time of the year to shop around for insurance and compare various quotes and I contacted Miway and was served by Jennifer Mapaha. I am very much impressed with her attitude and understanding of her role as a client service personnel. I was able to update my policy details and even recieved a discount on my premiums. She was able to get me the same insurance cover at last year's premiums. Keep it up Miway and keep it up Jennifer. I wont mention that my current premiums are 60% lower than the quote i received from Outsurance on the same cover and i still have not received the R400 for their inability to beat my current premiums from Miway.
