Hi it seems that one can not count on what the consultant at Miway say and what the actually do, when I originally received a quote from Miway the offer on the phone and that on the actual quote was higher, however I accepted the the quote as it was still lower than what I was currently paying. Four months ago my premiums where increased whereby I received a lower quote from a competitor, and hence instructed Miway to cancel my insurance to which they offered to match the current quote if I sent it through. I have since dealt with two consultants and four months later still getting debited with the higher amount. I find this type of service is poor not to mention underhand
