Don't believe in there loyalty

I have been a client of Miway since 2009 and never claimed, also the premiums from Miway were very reasonable and they matched my premium from the previous insurance company. During the course of last year I changed cars from a Proton to a Vivo, Miway offered me a good deal on the Vivo so I stayed although another company offered me a better premium. Unfortunetely 6 weeks after I took delivery of the Vivo the dealer phoned me and said the car was, so I decided to give the car back and cancelled my insurance policy with Miway as it was a motor only policy,
About 2 weeks ago I sent Miway an email stating that I wanted to reinstate my policy again as I am in the process of buying another car, the premium that Miway came up with was far more than other insurance companies, I queried this and the excuses were as follows I am being seen as I new client as my insurance policy is cancelled so they can't offer me more than a 6% discounts, although they have my history for the last 3 years with no claims, after compaining they came back to me with a 20% discount although in the past my discounts were about 40% and still after this 20% there premiums are far out.
