Great service

MiWay had increased my insurance premiums by a whooping 23% for my vehicle for the new year. I called MiWay and spoke to Patricia Pukubye who was not only friendly and clearly well informed about the product, but was also understanding and open to ensuring I was giving a competitive rate that I was comfortable with.

She spoke to her supervisor/manager and after two attempts finally came back to me with a much lower rate that I was comfortable with. Her actions resulted in a 15% reduction in my premiums which left me highly satisfied. Well done MiWay and thank you Patricia!
