After the DISGUSTING service I received from an OUTsurance consultant via phone call this afternoon, I felt the need to complain publicly. I requested a quote to beat my current insurance provider's premiums, and also willingly requested a quote for additional home and business insurance. After almost 30 minutes on the phone, your consultant got back to me with a quote that was TRIPLE the premium value I'm currently paying for my vehicle insurance with Momentum, and that didnt even include all the other cover I requested a quote for. When I enquired about this shocking figure, your consultant had the nerve to tell me I should become a better driver, then my insurance premium won't be so high!!! After this incident I phone a friendly MIWAY consultant, who not only BEAT both my current insurer's premium, but also offers the additional cover I need at a very low premium, and even lower excess fees... WHAT HAPPENED TO PAYING ME R400 IF YOU CAN'T BEAT MY CURRENT INSURANCE PREMIUM!? AND WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!?
