Nedbank, How can we you over?

For the second time now Nedbank has deducted twice on my account. Now they say I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reversal. Mean while other debit orders still need to go through and I know they will penalise me if there's no money in the account. Why should I be the one who's penalised whereas I'm there one who's been inconvenience by their stupidity. I've been blinded by my loyalty to you people and I think this is the last straw now. You simply do not care! I'm taking my business else where.
