Not informing customers

Card is being declined at all the shops using the machines, but i checked my account and all was deducted. Phoned the call centre and before i cant speak to the consultant she said that they are having issues and cant tell me when it will be sorted. I did not receive any notification from the bank about this and I'm really upset about the tone of the agent i spoke to. i asked her to assist with the reversal and she said i must phone the same number and select 3... which i did and this is INCORRECT because its the option to get your pin number. Thanks for nothing Standard Bank. Cant believe the service. i guess its time to move on, although i have been with you for years.
