A few times during 2013 I tried to speak to a consultant at card division. When you call the number, you need to type in your card number. The system tells me the number is incorrect and after you typed it in 3 times your call gets disconnected. This happened 13 times this morning. I tried another number of Standard Bank and eventually got to speak to someone. Then I was told they are busy with a system upgrade, which is rubbish, because this is happening since last year and I also complained about it. My ref nr for my call now 7000569669
The frustration to phone a number and not able to speak to someone because your number is APPARENTLY incorrect, is so frustrating and also not tolerable. This is TERRIBLE service for the bank that is suppose to move forward and whom I am proud of. This is not acceptable
