I am very upset with regards to how the Standard Bank voice operated system works. Firstly, I cannot find the contact details for the Mall@Reds branch on the website. Then I contacted the hotline which requests that I do not give out my card number or pin to your consultants, but the next request is to enter my card number and pin on the telephone that you can better help your customers. I'm sorry, but that request does not fall in the parameters of my right to privacy. All I want to do is change my limit on my account. I am under the impression that at other banks you can do this online. Please assist as soon as possible, otherwise I will move to another bank that can assist me as well as respect my privacy.
