Delays Settlement at cost to custome

I called Nedbank on three occasions. I spoke to different agents and all I got from them is that their systems are not allowing them to see settlements. The last person I spoke to last week said that she'll email me the settlement once their system is sorted. It is now the 30th and another instalment (with interest) would be deducted. This means I lose out on another month's interest on final settlement amount
