When Applying and False Promises

Good day,

I am extremely upset with FNB. After having promised me the world that FNB would be able to satisfy all my banking needs. Over 6 months down the line I discovert that I have been to and cheated.

I opened a new FNB cheque account on the condition that FNB would be able to take over and accomodate all of my currnet banking products.

I have maneged to set up my cheque account and vehicle finance through FNB. However I am having an issue with my Credit Card.

FNB keeps declining my Credit Card application due the the fact that I already have two others.

My mission when moving to FNB was to consolidate my banking products under ONE bank. I was told I would apply for a credit card and transfer the balance from my existing cards to FNB and close the old accounts.

This seems not to be the case and the call centre has not been of any help in resolving this issue. If FNB is not willing to assist me I will be moving back to Standard Bank.
