I apply for a credit card on the 13th of May 2013, to find out that someone opened a account in my name and is been using it. I have never ever applied for a Credit Card and now I must hear that my Credit card is on collection of R18 501.37! How is that possible and last week I had to put in a complaint that someone is buying with my Silver Cheque card that was destroy more that a year ago! How is this possible? I need urgent answers. I needed to open a new account to stop someone hacking my account.
