By my calculations it is close on six months that I have been battling to get my claim finalised. Despite millions of promises - all false promises of course - I am still sitting without a basic item like a kettle; the inside glass panel of the oven has still not been replaced; I don't have the replacement tv set as promised but was requested to pay the excess for half of the goods that I am owed. Surely this is a breach of contract...? I promised to pay my premiums every month and Auto and General promised to sort my claims out - I am so sure that is how it is supposed to be. Well let us find out if the Ombudsman agrees with me
