About a month ago my wife got word that First for Woman will no longer work through Auto & General.
We felt that the only reason we joined First for Woman, was because we trust Auto & General.
She immediately contacted Auto & General for a quotation. Not only was the excess fee's more, when we finally got that bad pill swallowed, at the last minute they dropped a bomb sell saying that we would have to pay an admin fee. Why was this kept till the very last moment?
I have no problem taking my car to PG Auto Glass, but why do I have to pay a bigger excess or admin fee??? My insurance was through Auto & General. We did not even have any claims in that period!
Why aren't my fee's less then?? Really unacceptable. If thing are kept from client even before we take out insurances, what little things will pop-out the day we have to claim?
