They made a promise to us that if we paid the one instalment that they Will fix our geyser. but when they got the money they have a lot of problems to pay out or fix it. we paid the instalment for 2 years without claiming but when we need them the most they they are not there for the clients. the other is auto @ general is handled by the same company. they are handling the goods that was water damage but they are busy white the claim more than a month and when we phone them we get voice mail. we leave them a message but they are not come back to us. what service is this people giving there clients. we pay they getting richer but do not verfill there promises. people must no about fist for women and auto @ general insurance promises that they not keeping. they talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. the other ting is they tell u to go and get quotation for them to make the proses faster but it was where job in the first place. now the only thing that is a benefit for the customer is everything is recorded. but we Will see if the recordings is coming out if the lawyers is taking the case further. so if someone claim let them tell the truth in the first place and not make promises.
