EBucks - more trouble than they're worth!

Despite six (6) separate attempts to contact eBucks through their website they have not replied to my emails one single time! Despite the fact that my wife and I have effectively a joint account with FNB I cannot correct my wife's eBucks account details, despite the fact that I have otherwise TOTAL control of our bank account.

I waited at our FNB branch for forty minutes only to be told that my wife must be physically present to correct or update her eBucks account details. I explained that my wife suffers from MS and uses a wheelchair but was told that "eBucks rules are rules".

I took my wife to our FNB branch and we both waited for half an hour. She then updated her cellphone contact number as it was incorrect and we cannot obtain a PIN as it is sent by sms to an incorrect cellphone number.
When I logged onto my wife's eBucks account today and requested a PIN I found that the cell number is STILL incorrect and has NOT been updated. I now have to take my wife back to the FNB branch, in her wheelchair, to wait another half to one hour, to try yet again to update the incorrect cellphone number on her account.

eBucks are a most inefficient organisation!
