I redeemed my absa rewards for airtime LAST MONDAY and received the voucher to reacharge as usual but when I used the pin it was an invalid pin. I then called absa rewards on the same day and was promised feedback within 7 days, the 7 days passed and I CALLED AGAIN THIS WEEK and was promised feedback but still nothing. Then I thought your ACTION LINE WOULD HELP (ref number 2651642) but im still waiting for them as well.
DOES IT REALLY TAKE 2 WEEKS TO RESOLVE A QUERY???
