I recently (2014-01-18) bought a new vehicle financed through MFC. After everything was finalized, a person with the name Nicky phone me on the 22nd of January confirming a few details (Which I have a phone recording of) stating that my first debit order payment is scheduled for the 28th of February 2014 for the amount of R1673. I only get my salary paid into my account on the 25th, sometimes the 26th. On the 23rd of January 2014 around midnight the amount of R1673 was debited from my account, needless to say that there is not enough money for the transaction the debit order was rejected by the bank, and I got penalized with a fee of over R100. I'm sure that the MFC system will now also penalize me for this.
I now have no money left (There was about R300 in the account) which I wanted to use to buy some food and groceries for the weekend... No I'm without food, money and have been penalized for MFC's fault. This needs to be rectified and remunerated or else I will take legal steps, as this is!
