I have been an Outsurance business customer for just over a year and have never received an invoice until I had to request it from them. Outsurance is the only company I have come across which debits a business customer's account and does not provide an invoice for the debit. The customer has to call in and go through a frustrating process before an Outsurance agent emails the invoice. On most occasions I do not get the invoice I require and have to call again. One time I got a staff member to call Outsurance. Outsurance said they will not email the invoice to any of my staff members stating that they are not listed as a company proxy on the policy. I then requested Outsurance to allow my staff to become a proxy and they told me that once this is done the staff member will have full access to all aspects of the policy. I give up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
