As usual, the outsurance staff were awesome. I've never had anything other than outstanding service from Outsurance. It's not fair to single out individual staff members. From my interaction with them, I deduce that the organisation, very obviously, has a motto of delivering excellent customer service. Well done to the entire Outsurance team.
