Each and EVERY time I have contacted OUTsurance I have received impeccable service. Their call centres are efficient and friendly. Other companies should use OUTsurance as their benchmark for great service. I have claimed twice from OUTsurance and each time have experienced a smooth and quick process. Just yesterday Albert decreased the cost of all my policies by more than R700 just because I was a loyal client.
