I am appalled and had enough

I have had my Home loan account since 2008, I handled my account in the most respectable manner. I made single application for 2nd bond and substitution of which you send me SMS to say it was approved only to find later that only substitution was approved and 2nd bond declined (No one bothered to let me know, not even SMS) i wouldnt have went ahead with substitution. I went ahead under the impression that i will soon be getting the funds from my 2nd bond, i was informed by the attorneys that they were only handling the transfer and not 2nd bond. Just when i started to enquire with the sales i was informed that the application was declined and i am now sitting with attorneys fees to pay. I have requested access bond to pay, no i cannot get it because I DONT HAVE STANDARD BANK CHEQUE ACCOUNT, Really, I dont want to change my bank? I spoke to couple of consultants who gave me different stories/advices on how to get funds everytime, sent in queries no responses. I finally spoke to supervisor who also claimed he can get my account to be reconstructed to get the fees. No I waited still no response, nothing. Is this how YOU MOVE PEOPLE FORWARD? It is really disappointing.
