I took out vehicle insurance with Miway earlier this week. When I got my documents, a lot of information including my name, marital status and address were incorrectly captured by the sales person who initially did it for me. So I called in after realising the mistakes made on the schedule to correct them, only to find out that the person who was to help me was very efficient, patient, sounded like she was very happy and enjoyed doing her job. Thank you for helping me with a genuine smile on your face, I really feel like a client who is appreciated.
