Yesterday I called Miway in order to update my new banking details, I was attended by the genglemen who is called Motheo. This person was not only proffessional but he made me feel like I am the only customer of Miway insurance. I did not hesitate to ensure that my brother uses Miway insurance. I have used few insurances in the past but there is no insurance which I can compare it with Miway.
In general I have delt with few staff who works at Miway and the service I got from Miway was awesome.
I reported an accident at one stage and I was very impressed that they were doing follow up wanting some information from me in order for them to have my car repaired.
in short I am very proud to be Miway's customer and they made me feel that the premium that I am paying is not enough. keep up the excellent work Miway and your dedicated staff.
