9 days cover, and a happy customer!

My vehicle was insured with MiWay for less than a month when I got in an accident which was typically puny (cosmetic and radiator ONLY). Reinard Kruger, Frans Mpolokeng and Sonia Grobler were all very helpful considering the duration of time I was insured when the assessor valued my vehicle incorrectly (way lower than book) and I queried it, they did not give me attitude and investigated and then corrected the pay out due according to the correct M&M book value. They all went the extra mile, helping me and advising me of alternative methods to not write the vehicle off and where to take the vehicle for repairs (accredited repairers).

The call centre is efficient, all the staff are friendly, their systems work. Outsurance initially quoted me 3x the amount that MiWay charged me. This insurer is getting it right... Big thumbs up MiWay!!! Please do not get greedy and dishonest like many other insurers.
