I had insured my new vehicle with Miway two years ago, at that time I had endless problems with incorrect details captured on the system with regards to the vehicle, which were rectified. Now, after two years I discovered one detail missed, which I asked to be corrected and then I received a sms asking me to take my vehicle for an inspection, which I found totally unfair as they had captured the information incorrectly. I asked for the supervisor or manager to call me and Mr Henry Shongwe from client services contacted me and resolved the issue. I did not have to take the vehicle for inspection again and he was efficient and provided me with his e mail address for future service. Thank you
