I phoned Elize today just to find out that some of the accounts are still being processed. Essential claim that they have paid some accounts yet Essential cannot provide me with a reference no for some of the payments (DR COETZEE) You still refuse to pay my pathology account (AMPATH) the reason given is that the incorrect codes where used. BULL
The correct codes was used for the following. The codes is published on your website for everyone to see.
4027 TOTAL CHOLESTEROL / 4147 TRIGLYCERIDES
4028 HDL CHOLESTEROL / LDL CHOLESTEROL (AS CLAIMED BY AMPATH)
How can you justify this sort of service.
Please sort our the issues or I will take legal action against Essential Med for the breach of contract and non payment of accounts. Be warned...
I don't think you realise how much money I have spent on calls to Essential med since November 2013 and the problems is still not sorted out.
