Essential Med requested that i change my response to my previous post. Because i cannot change my reply, i will write a new report that states the facts as my previous posts were unclear:
No one called or emailed me from the 17th (Day of my 1st post) to the 30th. Elize called me on the 31st only after i replied to their response on Hellopeter. I did receive an email the day before my post (16th of Oct) from Essential Med for proof of payment for 2 accounts, Dr Stander for R176.70 and Pathcare for R234.50. I did stipulate that 2 accounts were paid on the 9th of Oct, Please read previous post again. I enquired that i could not open the attachments and if they could send it again. I received the faxed copies of the proof of payments of the 2 accounts mentioned yesterday. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ELIZE FOR THE FAX, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! They sent me a letter too that said some of the pathology codes are not on their formulary, that's why it has not been paid. I understand that i was not covered for those services and I PAID THOSE ACCOUNTS that they referred to IN CASH myself.
I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT PAID FOR WHICH I AM COVERED FOR ACCORDING TO YOUR FORMULARY.
